I can't fold my Caddytek SuperLite V2 or V3.

The upper handle of the cart is ‘locked’ into place with the lower cart just above the upper bag strap. It’s the same plastic piece that adjusts the angle/position of the handle. Slide this plastic piece back up the shaft (toward the ball holders), and the upper handle will release & fold down. The 2 side wheels also fold in at the same time.

Does the battery included with the CaddyView V2 +Slope and what type of battery?

The battery is included in the package. It is so called CR2 Lithium battery.

What is the difference between CaddyCruiser ONe V3 and V4

The only difference is the scorecard holder between the two versions. Please refer to the photos of the respective models

CaddyTek Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We will either repair or replace defective products at our option. Normal wear and fading of products are not considered manufacturer’s defect. This warranty does not apply to claim of damage to items used in connection with CaddyTek Inc. products. In the case of deterioration due to normal use, we will repair the item for a normal charge. CaddyTek Inc. is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. For customers in North America, please contact CaddyTek Inc. for the service.
